Videos are skipping, not playing, or constantly buffering, what do I do?

Many factors can influence video playback. If you are experiencing any issues please follow the steps below.

  1. Switch the video quality. You can change the quality of any video by clicking on the  icon in the bottom right-hand corner of each video. Auto is the best option because it will automatically detect your connection and processing speed. If you are still experiencing issues drop the video quality to the lowest available.
  2. Check your network speed. In order to get the best experience we require network speeds of 500 kbps or higher in order to stream at our lowest playback quality. Remember your speed can fluctuate, especially when using WiFi or mobile phone networks.
  3. Restart your router and modem. Resetting your router or modem can help to refresh your connection. Try disconnecting the power cord and then reconnecting to perform a hard reboot.
  4. Update your browser. Make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser for peak performance.
  5. Close excess browser tabs or applications. When you have too many programs and windows open it can make everything run slower. Even on mobile devices having too many apps open can make performance poor. Make sure that you completely close or disable apps instead of minimizing them to increase video performance.
  6. Clear your browser’s cache. It may seem simple, but refreshing your cache can help with many issues that you may be experiencing.

What can I do to increase the video size?

To increase the video size please click on the enter fullscreen icon  in the bottom righthand section of each video. Once in fullscreen mode you can click the icon to return to the regular viewer.

How do I adjust the volume?

The volume within the video player itself can be adjusted by clicking on the icon in the bottom right-hand side of the video. If it is still too loud or quiet you may need to adjust the volume on your device.


I am not receiving emails from Mustang Maddy what should I do?

In order to make sure you receive all email communication from Mustang Maddy it is imperative that you add to your contact list. Here are some of the top mail programs and tips on how to add a new contact.


  • On your desktop computer go to
  • Sign in or make sure you are signed into the appropriate Google account.
  • At the top left corner, click Create Contact.
  • Enter the contact information.
  • Click save.


  • On your desktop computer go to
  • Sign in or make sure you are signed into the appropriate Yahoo email account.
  • Click the business card icon in the righthand sidebar. It located in the settings section.
  • You will see all your current contacts at the bottom of that sidebar you will see +Add a new contact and will need to click it.
  • Enter the contact information.
  • Click save.


  • From your AOL mail inbox, click Contacts in the left panel.
  • Above your contacts list, click New Contact.
  • Enter the contact information.
  • Click Add Contact to save.

How do I update my payment information?

In order to update your payment information please visit your Account. Click on the payments tab and you will see your payment history and detailed information.

How do I change my subscription?

In order to make changes to your subscription please visit your Account. Click on the subscription tab and make your necessary subscription modifications.

I have a new address, how do I update my profile?

If you have a new address and would like to update your profile information please visit your Account.
